Key responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple design projects of varying complexities, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Guardian of brand guidelines for keynote proposals, presentations, client deliverables and TFL and LS:N website, video production and marketing assets
  • Explore new formats and evolving the brand guidelines where appropriate
  • Interpret briefs and consistently deliver high-quality, innovative work
  • Work alongside our creative team helping develop their ideas as well as working on individua art-working projects
  • Manage the development of templates and guidelines ensuring their correct implementation across the whole business
  • Identify areas of improvement in quality of output and effectiveness of working processes, and finding creative solutions as necessary
  • Translate complex data into branded infographics and date visualisations as we grow our data capability
  • Design digital marketing assets, EDM’s, GIF’s, motion graphics for social media campaigns and marketing
  • Work independently and collaboratively with wider design & foresight team to produce outstanding creative solutions


Essential skills and experience:


  • Ability to create artwork for print and digital
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Working understanding of HTML5 and CSS
  • Experience working with both large and small brands
  • Solid understanding of client deliverables and ability to take responsibility for them
  • Great creative ideas and the ability to communicate them well
  • Creative eye, enjoying style and popular culture
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Culturally aware of wider communications, marketing and cultural trends as a whole
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Keen eye for photography, illustration, and video styles
